The road is well-maintained. Great views over fields, meadows, and forest passages. Be sure to stop at the Augustusschacht Memorial. Admission is free.

The gorge is currently inaccessible, but it's still beautiful to look at from the outside. The forest path leads past the gorge from two sides, once at the same level and once higher up, allowing you to see inside and admire the scenery from above.

Fascinatingly beautiful gorge, but also a place of remembrance. The gorge is the place of execution of the 22-year-old Polish forced laborer Zdislaw Talma, whose crime was his love for the German Wilhelmine K. - the charge was "racial defilement". The young girl was sent to the women's concentration camp Ravensbrück and liberated by the Allies in 1945 as a broken woman. Rest in peace, Zdislaw.

It is a beautiful path through the Hüggelschlucht that has its charm in both directions.

The Clever Gorge adventure forest is a very beautiful gorge with great rock formations. There are also some badass trails there.

very idyllic path to Ravensberg Castle. Unfortunately the castle was closed due to the corona restrictions. But it is definitely worth it.
