Tinter Forst is a beautiful cycling route with a covered rest area that we were able to use during a sudden downpour. The path leads to Bremervörde and Lake Bremervörde.

The adventure trail in the Tinster Hohenmoor bog begins at the bog guardhouse. Here you can take a break and enjoy the several benches. From there, the path, lined with information panels, leads across the open terrain to the pond. Along the way, you'll pass various interactive stations, including a mud path, a boardwalk for fishing with nets, and a peat cutting area. Those who venture up to the higher meadow will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the entire area and a great place to sit. A visit is highly recommended and very interesting 👍🏼.

rest area located a little off the north path

A nice rest area. We definitely preferred the outdoor table. The hut is very practical in bad weather if you have something suitable for lighting. So the hut was dark, the “witch’s broom” could be wielded again. The large, sturdy table in front of it was definitely a great place for us to take a break.
