Great bike route in Braken near Harsefeld. The paths are natural and still easily rideable, unless you have to take a detour due to forestry work 😊. But that's important too; then you just push your bike for a few meters and enjoy the surrounding nature 💚🍄‍🟫 in the deep forest. Unfortunately, we didn't see any salamanders. Only one of the stone sculptures was still there, which was a shame. They were very beautiful to look at. Despite that, the route is highly recommended. Hiking is also an option. Maybe you'll encounter or spot salamanders 🦎. And there's another activity to add to your list 😉.

A great covered picnic area with an information board in Braken Hollenbeck. A hike and bike ride are highly recommended.

Beautiful forest, paths are easy to cycle on. Rest areas available. One has a working water pump and a hut for shelter.

The somewhat remote toilet is particularly worth mentioning ;)

Fantastic and well-maintained lake.
