The outdoor pool in Königstein is one of the most beautiful bathing opportunities in the Amberg-Sulzbach district. The bath water comes from a natural spring, the surroundings are wonderfully green. Since 2018 there has also been a bathing festival here in summer.

At the information point at the Königstein open-air swimming pool, there is not only a hiking map of the area, but also the starting point for various circular hiking trails and the access to the "Botanical Educational Path" and to the Ossinger.
