A haven of relaxation. A small lake/pond that invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet, complete with a small shelter and benches/chairs. Very pristine and natural.

Unfortunately, access to the quarry lake along the hiking trail is closed due to the danger of collapse. Swimming is therefore not permitted. However, the fence has already been torn down in some places. However, I would advise against entering.

Very beautiful lake, with toads, blue frogs, snakes and other creatures and one or two mammoth tusks :-)

Baggersee am Ortholz - unfortunately not accessible - but the edge is often walked on. Here you could easily build a viewing platform and rest area.

A branch of the Nordpfad Ostetal leads past here. A small rest table stands on top of a hill. Fantastic views over the lake and the eastern landscape.
