The Aueweiher pond is located in the Fulda-Aue recreation area, just minutes from the city center. Surrounded by meadows, walking paths, and ancient trees, it offers ideal conditions for relaxing, strolling, or picnicking.

Beautifully planted perennials and flowerbeds between small ponds and the floodplain landscape, parallel to the river. Very nice for a short walk. Benches on the bank with a beautiful view of the sparkling water.

Today the Aueweiher lies quietly again in the city park of Fulda. Many sights were set up here during the 2023 State Garden Show.
