A simple, weatherproof hikers' hut in the Vogelsberg region – ideal for a short rest, a snack break, or shelter from rain and snow. Quietly situated in the forest and often nestled along popular hiking trails. The perfect stop to catch your breath and enjoy the tranquility of the woods.

A very nice place to stop for a break just outside Fulda. You can sit outside and enjoy the view and a delicious piece of cake.

A hut on the Schwarzbach stream. From a distance, it's hard to tell whether it's a shelter or a witch's cottage. However, upon closer inspection, you see that the gingerbread is missing.

Here you are in good hands whatever the rain, wind or weather.

It is a well-made shelter by the Nabu for bird watchers.

Be sure to take the small path to the right of the stream, starting from the Ilbeshausen car park. Be careful if the path is wet. The stones are very slippery!

Nice hut that is not so draughty... dry, protected from the wind... and if you have a lighter with you... there is a candle on the table... there would also be room outside
