In rain or snow, the descent in the Holzbach Gorge is very slippery. It is better in dry weather. But great gorge.

The Holzbach gorge near Hachenburg, also known as the small Holzbach gorge, is a rustic path with steep stairs in the middle of the forest, which ensures safe access thanks to alpine irons.
