多くの世代にわたり、Bitzenの古い村の中心にあったこの場所は、重要な待ち合わせ場所でした。それが「Milchbude」です！ 「Schütz」と呼ばれた町の役人は、「Ortsschelle」（町の呼び鈴）を使って町の告知を発表しました。若者たちはいたずらを「企てる」ために集まり、年配者たちは世間話をするために集まりました。 元々、その土地にはレンガ造りの小さな「Spritzenhaus」（消防用具小屋）が建っていました。そこには消火用具が保管されていました。それは1892年より前に建てられたものと思われます。 1942年に、Spritzenhausにバラックが建てられました。ここから「Berges」（山）の住民は、該当する配給カードの提示と引き換えに牛乳を供給されていました。その後も、ここは「牛乳およびその他の乳製品の中央収集・販売所」でした。そのため、俗に「Milchbude」（牛乳スタンド）と呼ばれるようになりました。 ... 追加情報： https://bitzen-online.de/wp/?page_id=3401

Ideal hiking hostel and the best starting point, for example for the Westerwaldsteig stages to Marienstatt or Weyerbusch. Quaint rustic atmosphere, the house actually dates back to 1675! In the evening you can look forward to quality meat from the butcher instead of from Tönnies. There is beef roulade instead of fillet steak, Belgian Blond instead of German Pils monotony and the Wäller Du instead of Gedönsrat Sie. If that doesn't suit you, you're in the wrong place here.
