The stairs to the grotto are very steep and irregular, so wear good shoes and be careful when it rains. The grotto is very well maintained but not ideal for sitting down. View of the Jagst valley towards Untergriesheim.

The Klingenbächle is a small tributary of the Neckar, which flows into the Neckar below Mörtelstein. The creek bed is deeply furrowed and offers the romantic sight of a torrent. A little below the bridge over the Klingenbächle is the Germania campsite in a beautiful location right on the Neckar.
