Hello folks, I live in Merchingen.. it is a district of the municipality of Ravenstein (Baden Württemberg) with postal code 74747. There is probably another Merchingen in Germany. Our Merchingen is a small town with a beautiful old castle; a golf course and a great children's playground. Our cycle path leads into the Kessachtal and the Jagsttal. Please do not confuse 😃

Eberstadt Castle was built around 1705 by Johann Ernst Rüdt von Collenberg on the walls of an old moated castle, the remains of which can still be seen. The castle dates back to 1386.
