Crailsheim lies on both sides of the Jagst in the wide step-edge bay named after her, Crailsheimer Bucht, which the river cleared when it left the Keuperbergland in the south and east on the border to the Gäu landscape of the south-eastern Hohenlohe and Haller plains. I've only touched on Crailsheim, along the Jagst, so I can't say much about the city. But you should probably try the Crailsheimer candy "Horaffen" 🥨 In addition, the "Bürger Maultaschenfabrik" has a factory outlet with a good selection and the "Biermanufaktur Engel" with a large beer garden is not to be scoffed at either.

The small "waterfall" is a little off the path. A small bank invites you to linger.
