The Naturfreundehaus is open Saturdays and Sundays in the summer and only Sundays in the winter, making it a great place to stop for a bite to eat during your hike. The Edeslweißhütte is a hut belonging to the Schrobenhausen section of the German Alpine Association. You can stop by on Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can enjoy the hut's dishes and drinks either in the cozy parlor or outside in the beer garden.
