There are few waterfalls in the area but this one exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend a visit.

When the castle park is closed, behind the secondary school of the city of Drensteinfurt you can take a small path past a stream to the "Werse-Altarm".

Caution! The path is beautiful, but unfortunately illegal. Here is a nature reserve that is under national and international protection. Please use the marked paths. The trail was created from a beaten path and the damage to the banks of the Geisterbach is considerable. Nothing grows there anymore. Please stop using it. Nature will thank you if you stay on the marked cycle paths and footpaths. Thanks for your understanding.
