An amazing tour for many to the limits of what is feasible. I can still recommend it to everyone, because it will remain unforgettable. So much beauty of this highlight, landscape and physical challenge remain unforgettable for everyone.

Simply a wonderfully beautiful circular route. Our recommended direction: Ascent through the valley to the payment table and back via the panorama path. Optionally on the Eckkopf (we broke off because of too much snow) and / or to the Kegelesee.

The road was not too busy during our visit, but there is a nice asphalt bike path parallel to it, on which it rolls more relaxed!

The trail from Döllach along the Zirknitzgrotte in the direction of the Zirknitz road is not listed on some hiking maps and Google Maps, but it is very well accessible. The trail can be well connected with a circular walk over the nine fountain waterfall and Mitteldorf back to the starting point.
