"Our castle" - as a resident of the area, I can say that;) Absolutely worth seeing. And very special and unusual - really spooky - in the evening and night hours, when the castle shines in pink, purple, red light. Güssing Castle is enthroned on a steep porphyry cone in the Strem valley near Güssing in Burgenland. An event was also taking place there during my visit, so I couldn't see the castle right into the inner courtyards.
