Today we hiked to the Schweinfurter Hut. Along the way, we passed beautiful flower meadows with plenty of grazing cattle. An absolute must for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet. It took us 1 hour 40 minutes from the Niedertai parking lot to the Schweinfurter Hut. Everything was great, the hostess was very friendly, and the food was delicious... we'll be back.

Unfortunately, I chose the unspectacular vantage point on Ötz, the Kanzel. Due to the characteristics of the path, the Kluft variant would certainly have been more exciting 🤷♂️

A beautiful path leads uphill next to the stream. There are always opportunities to get directly to the water. Special highlights are the bridge, the stairs up the rock face and the suspension bridge. At the top there is a hut where you can rest with a great view of the mountains.
