The Oluk Bridge (formerly known as the Eurymedon Bridge) is a Roman bridge over the Köprüçay River, formerly known as the Eurymedon, near the ancient city of Selge, the capital of the Roman province of Pisidia in Turkey. The structure was located on a road leading from the Pamphilia coast to Pisidia. Built in a sparsely populated area, the bridge crosses the Köprüçay River near the village of Beşkonak and is notable for its height. The excellently preserved ancient building is 14 meters long and 3.5 meters wide; the street surface is 2.5 meters wide. The clear width of its single arch is about 7 meters, and the thickness of the wedge-shaped, mortarless stones is 60 centimeters. The construction technique used and the strength of the masonry indicate that it was built in the 2nd century AD, Selge's heyday.

Stunning! If you’re looking to dip in the canyon, I’d advise finding spot along the route to dip and have the tranquility all to yourself, rather than dip in the main pools/areas that everyone uses.

I didn't particularly enjoy the hike to the canyon entrance. Jeeps are constantly driving by, kicking up dust. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I can't say whether the guided tour in the canyon itself is worth it. However, you can swim at the café 100 meters from the entrance, and the Gözleme tastes good too.

Don't miss this hike when in Cappadocia

Very beautiful valley, which can be walked there and back (with a change of bank) or only in one direction. There is a taxi stand in the middle of the valley. The way back costs about 12 EUR.

The Valley of the Dovecotes. The descent into the valley is near the parking lot south of Ushisar. You should definitely descend into the valley, although there was excavation work at the entry point (as of September 2024).

The balloons also take off and land here.

Sometimes difficult to find the path but absolutely worth it. Good shoes with grip required. Sufficient drinking/eating stops along the way. Nature is impressive
