Trail suitable for everyone

A seven-kilometer-long trail along the Roseg stream leads up to the breathtaking glacier panorama at the Hotel Roseg Glacier. Winter guests don't have to miss out on this either: during the cold season, a classic cross-country ski trail is groomed all the way to the hotel, and sometimes even to the glacier. A gigantic landslide on the almost 4,000-meter-high Piz Scerscen in the spring of 2024 demonstrated the immense forces at work in this mountain world. There is now a small "skywalk" above the gorge, from where you can get a good view into the depths.

Ova da Bernina whitewater gorge, Pontresina Plazza Bernina & balance beam (37-meter-long balance beam) The heart of the adventure trail is the Plazza Bernina with the 37-meter-long balance beam. The barrier-free steel construction "floats" over the whitewater gorge. Anyone who steps onto the slightly transparent walking surface can experience the steepness and roughness of the narrow gorge up close. The whitewater gorge of the Ova da Bernina (Bernina stream) separates the center of Pontresina and the Taiswald with its lovely walking and hiking trails. Three bridges lead over the whitewater gorge. A local recreation area and rocky natural heritage that awaits explorers and connoisseurs.
