Beautiful waterfall visible from the road to the west of Lake Lucerne. The steep cliffs of the surrounding mountains rise up to either side of the river.

It offers drinks and simple local dishes such as sausage and cheese platters, soup of the day, Wienerli, etc. Only one person lives on Alp Äsch all year round. Access is very dangerous in winter due to the risk of avalanches and is therefore not recommended.
