Additional information on why this happened and the legal situation: https://www.koeniz.ch/public/upload/assets/19937/2022-11-07_T15_V2219%20Velofahrverbot%20Scherligraben.pdf?fp=1665994408054 The authorities have given their approval and ultimately approved the bicycle ban with an official order (published, posted, and thus legally binding)!
