The Kaltenleutgeben quarry lake lies idyllically nestled between steep rock faces and dense forest, shimmering in rich shades of green and blue on sunny days. Along the shore, you'll find lovely spots for a break with views of the water and the former quarry face. Please observe the local regulations – swimming and cycling are restricted or partially prohibited in the lake area.

The Fairytale Forest Chapel is a chapel in Purkersdorf. It is located near the Hüttenkogel and Sagberg peaks.

Lots of opportunities to rest around the pond.

At 508 meters above sea level, the Kaltbründlberg is the highest point in the Lainzer Tiergarten and Hietzing district. The tower is 22.4 meters high and has 122 steps from the entrance to the observation deck.

The Lainzer Tiergarten is a fantastic hiking area. There are many interesting corners that you can discover on a fantastic hike. I am still amazed:

The fairytale forest chapel is a nice place to relax near Hüttenkogel.

Wienerwaldsee dam, in Lower Austria, 289 m (dam), 1.4 km long and 0.8 km wide; Vienna reservoir on the Westautobahn, between Pressbaum and Untertullnerbach; Another tributary is the Wolfsgrabenbach. To the northeast of the lake is the Wientalwasserwerk, which feeds the Wientalwasserleitung. The Wienerwaldsee dam is an interesting structure that creates an artificial lake in the Vienna Woods. The lake serves as flood protection for the Vienna River, which flows into the Mulde here. The lake is also a water conservation area that provides a habitat for many rare animals. It's good that swimming and ice skating are prohibited in the lake, but that's logical in a water protection area. But you can go around it by bike or on foot and enjoy the beautiful landscape (sunset!). On the northern bank there is a monument to Wilhelm Kress, a pioneer of aircraft technology who crashed his seaplane here in 1901.
