The Birnbachloch with its 20 meter wide entrance is located east of the Birnbach Glacier at 1,291 meters. There are many karst springs like these in the Leogang Steinberge, but few are so easily accessible. The Birnbach, which rises in the cave, makes its way through the entrance and then falls down the mountain. Don't be afraid to go into the cave and watch the beautiful natural spectacle.
