The Forellensteig trail is very rustic and natural. A small connecting road runs above it, but you can't see it from the Forellensteig trail. The Gottleuba River flowing by is simply beautiful.

Not only this spot, but the entire Wilischbach is wonderfully idyllic. It is wonderful to go hiking along this wild, romantic stream.

The Wilischbach meanders for about 4.5 kilometers through a wooded valley to its mouth in the Lockwitzbach at the Teufelsmühle. In addition to its role in the wild and romantic landscape design, the Wilischbach also serves as an important drainage channel for the region. On its way, it impresses with moss-covered rock formations and small waterfalls, especially along the popular hiking trail through the Wilischgrund.

Whether mystical or not, the Wilischgrund with the Wilischbach is a very beautiful, natural path that anyone can actually walk. On the way to the Wilisch view it only gets a little steeper for about 500m, at the beginning everything is very easy and to enjoy.

There are also naturally formed small barrages in the Wilischbach in the area of the same name. The path through the bottom is rustic in lush vegetation.
