The Hölzbach Gorge is the absolute highlight and namesake of the Hunolsteiner Gorge Tour, a premium circular hiking trail with exceptional diversity in the Hunsrück region. This impressive section encompasses approximately 800 meters of untouched nature and lies in the final third of the hike, just before the Hölzbach flows into the Dhron River. Well, I found the stream above very nice and beautiful. It's good that the dream loop branches off a bit from the wider path. This place here below the road and above the sewage treatment plant was not even worth a photo to me.
