On the way you pass several artificial waterfalls. The path is well developed in winter 🥶 even cleared.
The Jenbachsteig actually comes later and should only be walked with sturdy shoes.

I would only recommend the descent to mountain bikers. The trail is completely rocky, with some fairly steep sections. You should also have some riding technique. Lowering the saddle makes the descent much easier, but be careful in wet conditions.

A beautiful stream valley starting in Tegernsee and directly outside of Tegernsee. Easy to reach.

Lots of small waterfalls are lined up here so that you can hear them rushing all the way. There are also a lot of dog owners out and about walking, so be careful.
