Directly opposite this mini cave, a path to the right leads over a newly constructed footbridge to a small, hidden forester's house with a pond. This means that this cave was probably previously used as a game cellar. The cave was specially constructed, which can be clearly seen from the concrete ceiling.

From the lower path it is a bit scrambling up to the stones that are under protection of nature, on the lower path there is a small cave directly on the stream, you should take a look. I walked a lap above Eifa just before the 5-way crossing that goes up to the OHGV tower. I crossed country along a border path and came to the rock group. Until 1832, the district boundary of the town of Biedenkopf ran along this group of rocks (Helffensteine). Nice cookie.

My grandmother (born in Silberg in 1931 and then married my mother's father after moving to Niedereisenhausen) always called the cave "Cape Hole" and went there a few times with my brother and me during my childhood. We usually climbed down the very steep wall from the top, which made it even more special – wonderful adventure memories =) My daughter completed her Indian exam there... - who would have ever believed the damage that propaganda, gaslighting, and brainwashing can do...

We walked past it first... From the other side we saw the ropes for the descent down in the forest. Thanks to whoever put them there! The tunnel is great, but full of mosquitoes that hibernate there. A great adventure for the kids.

The cave is freely accessible, but not particularly deep. It's only a few meters into here. A headlamp or flashlight is necessary for this. Directly opposite is a Great Cabin by a Small Pond. The hut is locked, but you can take a great break on the outside benches.
