private property very quiet area, lovely bridle paths however have to keep dogs on lead most areas.

Beautiful trails to choose from whether via lake, woodland or track - rewarding stop off at Henry’s at Woodchester for brunch, tea variations, barista coffee, pastries and cake.. not to mention Stroud Brewery Beers, Oliver’s Fine Cider and Woodchester Valley Wines. Adventure trail for children and adults👌💫

Stunning Duck Pond in the equally beautiful (and very sleepy) village of Alderton. The ducks have nesting boxes & are free to come & go as they please. You can't go "in." As such, there's a fence around the pond & nest boxes, but it was lush to watch the array of ducks for a while!!

A lovely tranquil spot by a charming old boat house. A great spot to stop with lovely views of Middle and Old Ponds.
