At the beginning, the climb is not particularly pleasant to ride. There is a large construction site and a lot of traffic. It is also very dusty because there are many quarries on the way. After a few kilometers, however, it becomes really nice, less traffic and great views.

The Heaven and Hell Caves are located 25 km from Silifke city center, 2 km northwest of the ancient port of Narlıkuyu and 5 km west of Korykos (Kızkalesi). These are natural sinkhole formations that were created by the collapse of the ceiling structure, which was undermined over many years by water runoff caused by the dissolution of the limestone layer of the groundwater.
