カウソーンの絶景の山頂・トップ5

There are no formal paths that lead to this summit, but the trek through the heather is definitely worth it! Pike Lowe sites 478m above sea level and is topped by a small stone shelter. There are stunning views over the moors from here, and it's a lovely peaceful spot away from the crowds.

There are a few ways to get up to the ston circle. Komoot shows the routes up they are active so just follow them. The view from the top of Blacker Hill and the stone circle are fantastic. I'm sure there used to be a board pointing out exactly what you can see but it looks like the vandals have had it. Never the less on a good day you can see far and wide. Worsborough country park and the cafe is 10 mins away and it's all down hill. It's definitely worth the effort to ride or walk up there. It's one of my favourite places to go.

Make sure your brakes are working if descending this.

I grew up on B/Hill and this view has always been one of my favourites and inspired me to get outdoors from being a kid.

Whitwell Moor Trig point

We had a nice walk up to the trig point from Underbank Reservoir. The trig is on a hilltop with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
