Nutfield Marsh lies in the vale of Holmesdale between the North Downs and the Greensand Ridge and comprises of a series wetland sites - The Moors, Spynes Mere, Holmethorpe Lagoons and Mercer Country Park. These areas were restored from sand workings along the Redhill Brook and now support a myriad of wetland wildlife. The Trust manages The Moors.

A pretty mere pond in Walton-on-the-Hill, with a cafe nearby, so a great place to stop for a break. Very calm and peaceful with a number of benches to enjoy.

Peaceful, despite proximity to motorways.

Also known as Earlswood Lakes, there is a cafe and public toilets at Earlswood Common. A nice place to stop for a while on a bench overlooking the water in the company of the swans and ducks.

A bridleway cuts through Gatton Park, which is otherwise open to visitors on the first Sunday of the month from February to October. The estate is owned by the Alexandra and Albert School, unusual in that it is a state owned boarding school. The park was designed by Capability Brown, the most famous English landscape gardener.
