If so, swimming with children or animals is not recommended and a shower for adults is highly recommended. The bacteria produce a variety of secondary metabolites that act as allelochemicals, antibiotics, hormones and toxins and can harm fish and zooplankton, for example. Some of the toxins are among the most powerful natural poisons and can also be dangerous to humans and land animals. Bathers can develop allergic skin reactions and inflammation. Swallowing water containing cyanobacteria can also cause stomach and intestinal infections.

Super scenic tour with a visit to the Korteniemi farm museum. The farm was abandoned in the 1920s and was preserved exactly as it was. It continues to be managed with the old equipment every summer for visitor purposes.

I liked it here. The water was so crystal clear. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so nice. Still, I think this big lake is great.
