This area is like many seaside tourist areas. Very busy and crowded in the summer. The best time to get out and ride is early in the Morning. And althought they do have a very nice Multi Use Path called the Scenic Highway 98 Trail it is used by allot of runners, dog walkers and walkers in the morning and is clogged with kids and touristos headed to the beach after 11 AM. Your best bet is riding on the roadway. They allow Golf Carts here and that is how most get around town. So keep your head on a swivel as you never know where the next golf cart is coming from.

You can ride around this idyllic community on quiet paths and streets. Everything here is perfect. The grass is mowed everywhere just perfectly. Gorgeous place. I think the moss in the trees was hung by a set designer! Nothing out of place here.

Located on the Scenic Gulf Highway this is a busy area. Best times to ride here are early in the morning. Keep watch for runners and dog walkers - typically safer on the road than on the Multi Use Path.

Bear Lake is the centerpiece of this area, offering camping along its shore, with several benches providing great resting points and views of the water. The lake also features several fishing piers, giving you a closer view of the water.
