An objective for a snowshoe hike in winter, a shelter for the midday break and protection from the wind.

The refuge occupies an idyllic setting with a huge panorama of the Aravis mountain range and the Bouchet valley. It has a large dormitory with 30 beds. It is also possible to eat there and book a half-board package which includes breakfast and dinner.

The Plan de l'Aar refuge has a very wide panorama! Once you arrive, you can enjoy it while tasting one of the gourmet dishes on the menu. The refuge offers breakfasts, picnics to take away, and dinner. You can also fill your water bottles there and the managers even agree to fill your thermos with hot water. If you want to sleep there, remember to book well because the number of beds is limited to 18.

A hut with half board, comfortable bedrooms for 10 people and shared sanitary facilities with hot showers... the ideal base camp!

A magnificent but demanding path. Requires (very) good mountain biking skills. Some sporting passages.

At the Plan Bois pass, the views are as unreally beautiful as the climb was difficult. We can say that this pass is worth it!

Nice little refuge with a wonderful viewing terrace, cool and warm drinks, Tarte au Myrtille and hearty dishes. Easy to reach from the l'Arpettaz car park.
