Nice little refuge with a wonderful viewing terrace, cool and warm drinks, Tarte au Myrtille and hearty dishes. Easy to reach from the l'Arpettaz car park.

The refuge is in a stunning location at 1,600 metres (5,250 ft), with high peaks rising up behind it and views across the valley far below from its terrace. It's an out and back ride on a low technical track to get here, but worth the effort for dinner with a view!

A tiny cabin at an altitude of 1915m, located about a 20-minute walk slightly southeast of the Col de Niard (1801m) towards Croise Baulet. The cabin is divided into two: a closed section on the left is reserved for shepherds during the summer pasture season. The other section, on the right, consists of a simple room with a door, a window, and a bench that runs the length of the cabin. A folding table is attached to the wall. No other furniture inside. The cabin is completely empty. Sleeping space on the floor (clean, wooden slats) is available for up to 2 people. It's very small! There is a large wooden table outside in front of the cabin.

A pretty chalet at the foot of the Aravis offering delicious homemade meals with a divine view. The staff are friendly and look for seasonal flowers and wild plants to include in the dishes. Highly recommend after one of the hikes if you end at the Confins parking lot.

Great lunch spot!

The Lessy refuge is located in a true natural setting, surrounded by the Aiguille Verte and the Jalouvre peak. You can eat and spend the night there. It's a pretty incredible spot to rest after a good day of hiking!
