The Anticima del Monte Pranzà is a rock formation located along the crest of Monte Pranzà, in the Bergamo Prealps, specifically in the municipality of Vigano San Martino, in Val Cavallina. My advice is to go up from Adro and follow the circular path from the left in a clockwise direction, going around the mountain and going up, leaving the lake behind and then going down the steepest direct route. It is the longest ring that can be done in this place and also my favorite.
