There is a good view of the river from the bridge. Right next to it is the campsite. A few small boats are parked on the beach. I'm not sure if you can rent one.

If you're coming from the south, drive about 5km north on the E45 to Suolovuopmi fjellstue, a guesthouse with a shower for 60 NOK and free camping. There, turn right onto the gravel road that immediately climbs. Lots of berries on the sides. Even doable with a touring bike (20kg of luggage). Just let the tires out a bit. You'll rejoin the EV7 later, as indicated on Komoot. Don't plan on going faster than 15km/h, though; the approximately 30km of gravel section took me considerably longer than usual on asphalt. I had to push my bike once. If you're looking for adventure and nice, quiet camping spots, this is the perfect path. But be careful, the wind can be pretty strong up here.
