A beautiful swimming spot on Sorø Lake. There's a long bathing jetty with benches and a small "cage pool" that can be used as a children's pool or a bathtub. Sorø Old Cemetery also contains the chapel of Sorø Abbey Church. The chapel also serves as a bell tower. The building, designed by Hans Christian Hansen, was built in 1863-64. The trip around the lakes are very good and a lovely walk. Many places on the trip you'll find benches and picnic areas where you can sit and enjoy packed lunch and get a view over the lake. We have walked this trip now two times and will return again and again :-)
