The Barbantes Thermal Park, in Cenlle, Ourense, has a thermal water pool that occupies about 200 square meters. The water temperature is constant, around 28-29ºC, ideal for a relaxing bath. Its water is rich in minerals and known for its therapeutic properties. The park has green areas and rest areas, making it a popular place for thermal tourism. It stands out for being on the Ribeiro Wine Route, an area famous for its vineyards and wineries, combining wellness and wine tourism.

Natural park and path along the river Miño between the town of Laias and the Barbantes hot springs. Cool off by swimming in the cool waters of the river on your adventure. In season, there is a beach bar to buy some food.

Ribadavia is located at a strategic point in the Miño Valley, a wine trade route and an old Roman road where the Avia and Arnoia rivers meet the Miño. In the middle of a landscape surrounded by vineyards, the castle of Ribadaiva is a vestige of a defensive fortress dating from the Middle Ages.

Near the old Cortegada Spa we can enjoy the magnificent views of the Miño river valley. From the viewpoint you can see the calm waters, a few kilometers before the Frieira reservoir.

Located in the thermal town of Cortegada, on the banks of the Miño River, is the church of Santa María. It is a 19th century neo-Gothic temple built by the architect Daniel Vázquez Gulín.

In the pools located in the Municipality of Melón, a tributary of the Miño, there are some impressive waterfalls with a drop of about 120 metres. In the middle part of the Cascadas do Tourón, there is a wooden and metal bridge that allows you to cross from one side of the river to the other.
