Andreas Kreuzberg, thanks are not due to the city of Bendorf, but to the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The forest law of Rhineland-Palatinate is quite rigid and prohibits cycling on trails. That's why no biker would do themselves a favor by posting such trails on Komoot.

Please be careful, closed for bikers for a short time. Thank the city of Bendorf.

Please do not drive on the weekend! The trail is pretty narrow and when there are hikers it's really no fun.

Danger. Drop at the end. Beginners should take it slowly. The trail is really not without it, especially when it's wet.

The uphill is decent at 5 km... (If the taxi shuttle runs it's definitely more chill. 😉) But going down is nice, very rocky, rough, rootsy, jumps and lots of northshore elements. Have fun and stay safe!
