This road connecting Vratsa and the Iskar Gorge turned out to be a litte gem - great views, good roads, nice villages and almost no traffic (working day)! Road surface: Vratsa - Chelopek: tarmac, flawless (best road in Bulgaria for us so far); Chelopek - Lyutibrod: tarmac, mediocre.
