Super beautiful & quiet pond with some seating

The Lautzebachweiher pond, better known to the people of Dautphetal as the paddling pond, in the forest between Dautphe and Silberg, is a beautiful destination in any season. In spring, hundreds of tadpoles can be observed growing on the pond's shore. A forest sofa overlooking the water invites you to relax. The "Old Botanical Garden" is a gem in the north of Marburg. It is a place where everyone feels at home, especially during the warmer months: for the ducks that frolic in or near the water and the people who enjoy the sun or the shade and the peace on the lawn or the many benches. And for all the other creatures. I always love being there at any time of year.

The Seepark has had the largest aqua park in Germany since 2017. Up to 132 people can do sports and have fun on floating trampolines, slides and climbing walls at the same time. The aqua park can be used every hour from midday.
