Beautiful Renaissance building. It was dedicated to Saint-Mélar, Count of Millau. An altar stone bears the date of 1564, the probable year of the end of its construction. The chevet was redone in 1724. This church is dedicated to a saint with many names: Mélar, Méliau, Melair, Mélaire, Melard, Meleuc, Méloar, Méloir, Meloire, and Miliau are French variants of "MELIAVUS of LANMEUR" (the official church name). The recorded dates of life of the Breton king and martyr are * 470, + 583. The feast day of Saint-MILIAU in the calendar of saints is October 26th.

This magnificent Lambader chapel was classified as a historic monument in 1840. It is visible from afar with its 57-meter bell tower inspired by that of Notre-Dame du Kreisker in Saint-Pol-de-Léon.

Église Saint-Thuriau Landivisiau Reconstructed from 1864 to 1865. From the old building, the 16th century portal (mentioned outside in 1559 and inside in 1554) with decorated niches and the bell tower from 1590 have been preserved.
