at the foot of Porta Udine are the arches of the Venetian Aqueduct whose construction dates back to the dawn of the city

Outside the walls of Palmanova, and in particular Porta Udine, the Venetian Aqueduct stands mightily. It took its current form in 1771 and was used to carry water from the Roggia di Palma into the fortress, for civic use. It is possible to pass under the structure thanks to a pleasant dirt path.

Very suggestive waterfall with a dirt road. I recommend walking along it. It winds through pine forests and fortifications from the First World War.
