There are not many good cycle paths near Porto Azzuro on the island of Elba, but I can highly recommend this bike tour from Porto Azzuro to Capoliveri. It runs on side roads with fantastic views and some of the path is even only approved as a cycle path. It is also pleasant to drive in summer, as beautiful pine trees often cast cool shade
