The hut itself is locked, but in the barn opposite you can certainly climb to the top floor and spend the night there (see photo).

Donated in 1929 by the Karlsruhe merchant Carl Wilhelm Schöpf (1869 - 1930) for the Karlsruhe Black Forest Association on the occasion of his 15-year membership in 1905. The refuge is in the district of Schluttenbach near the Rimmelsbacher Hof and on the Richard-Massinger-Weg. The scenic charm is befitting, according to the board minutes of 07/22/1931 and has been preserved to this day.
