The castle overlooks the picturesque village of Larochette, giving it a very special character. The first buildings on this site date back to the 11th century and are situated on a promontory of Luxembourg sandstone, dominating the valley of the Blanche Ernz, a tributary of the Sûre, by about 50 meters. A fire in 1565 reduced all the buildings on the site to ruins. The house in Créhange is the only one to have been restored in a more consistent manner in the 1980s. Temporary art exhibitions and occasional concerts fill the historic walls with life. Last admission is around 5:15 PM. Nearest parking: on the grounds, at the entrance. Nearest bus stop: Larochette, Spuerkeess (300 m)

The castle overlooks the picturesque village of Larochette, lending it a very special character. The village's first buildings date back to the 11th century and are located on a promontory of Luxembourg sandstone, towering about 50 meters above the valley of the Ernz Blanche, a tributary of the Sûre. A fire in 1565 reduced all the buildings on the site to ruins. The house in Créhange is the only one that was thoroughly restored in the 1980s.

Berg Castle in Colmar-Berg is the main residence of the Grand Duke of Luxembourg. Its origins date back to the 15th century. It is not open to the public.

The castle was built in the 13th century and redesigned several times. Today, it sits picturesquely on the edge of the forest and feels almost like an enchanted place from another era. Although the castle is currently closed to the public, the view alone is worth the trip: surrounded by trees, with its striking tower, it invites you to linger for a while.
