Fantastic shelter; incredible scenery in every direction, good food, and of course, accommodation if you want. Something beautiful.

A beautifully situated mountain hut under Śnieżka, on the Polish-Czech border. The hut is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. There are plenty of places to stay, but as you can imagine, this place is very popular, so book in advance. Good food and a great view. Worth the stop.

It is better to book a place to stay in advance, the food is OK, the prices are like in other shelters in Poland, you have to take into account that there is no Wi-Fi on the premises of the shelter, and the mobile internet is so-so.

From the alpine pasture you have a wonderful view of the Hirschberger Valley and the Jizera Mountains.

A high-altitude meadow that surrounds the main ridge of the Giant Mountains on both sides. Sheep once grazed here. Today, people ski in the winter and rest in the summer.

This beautiful mountain shelter, located at an altitude of 1,060 meters above sea level below the summit of Stóg, was founded over 100 years ago and even survived the war without interruption! This is a great place, as it's on the Main Sudeten Trail. There are two refreshments here, and overnight stays are available (although reservations are required!)

Chatka Górzystów is perhaps best known for its incredible blueberry pancakes—that's unusual! This is, of course, the main spot on Jizerska Łąka. The building used to be a school, but now it's a mountain hut. You'll get food here and a good night's sleep—the conditions are basic, but you won't get cold or hungry!
