It's very damp here, the soil takes a long time to dry, the puddles are a colorful bunch, there are lots of insects in the summer, large ruts from heavy equipment, and a logging zone. Riding is difficult and slow, and you often have to dismount and carry your bike over fallen trees and large puddles.

It's better to go around via Strakhovo. The climb there is quite steep, but it's better than this bridge. In 2019, I barely got over it, it was very scary. I don't know how it is now.

The brick church was built at the expense of parishioners and the local landowner Polivanov instead of the previous wooden one of the same dedication, which had fallen into disrepair. Currently restored.
