Manor house from the 2nd half of the 18th century, expanded in the 2nd half of the 19th century. Manor house on the plan of an elongated rectangle, with two-story projections at the front and a two-column pseudoportico on the garden elevation.

Lake Młyńskie was considered the most beautiful in Kalisz Pomorski until the 1930s. Then, after the beach and walking paths above Bobrów Wielki were built, it lost its preeminence. Although it remains picturesque to this day. Where does the name of the lake come from: Młyńskie? The Drawica River flowing from it turned the mills (the city and the castle). And when the areas around the city began to be drained and expanded at the end of the 19th century, the mills were moved to the suburbs. The lake, on the other hand, was incorporated into the resort complex that Kalisz Pomorski (then Callies) became.

The railway water tower was built at the end of the 19th century, most probably around 1888, when the first railway line from Wałcz was brought to Kalisz Pomorski. The building is an example of a "mushroom" type water tower, oval, with a strongly overhanging part of the tank, covered with a conical roof with a raised skylight. The entrance received a frame in the form of a protruding portal with schematically outlined columns supporting a triangular roof.

In 1896, only 5 years after the construction of the first hydroelectric power plant in the world, the first works on the construction of a power plant on the Drawa River were undertaken. The beginning of the industrial operation of the power plant dates back to 1903. In 1921, the hydro power plant was included in the German national network. Until 1941, as part of the "Kaskady Drawa" project, it was planned to expand the existing power plant and build new ones in Barnim, Zatom, the former settlement of Springe (Dąbrowa) and in Mostniki. These plans were not implemented.
